When you place an order through Umbrella Therapy Mart, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices shown (including applicable delivery charges and taxes) at the time of ordering. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only once we confirm payment and dispatch the goods.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of display. Prices, product availability, and product specifications may change at any time without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate; however, errors may occur. If we identify an error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or receive a refund.

We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post and/or selected courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are dispatched. Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement where indicated on the website.
